An AWF Series ERCT has a Rating Factor (RF) of 2.0, which means it can maintain its rated accuracy and burden rating while measuring 1% to 200% of its rated current, surpassing the usual metering-class requirement, which is 5% to 100%. The wider measuring range of ERCTs allows utility companies to streamline their inventory requirements by stocking fewer current transformer models.
