About the Product

WHES Series Instrument Transformer Testing System is designed to measure various properties of electromagnetic current transformers and potential transformers (voltage transformers). The choice of actual components for the system can be custom-configured according to the types of tests and measurements needed, which can include ratio-error tests, phase-error tests, CT volt-ampere characteristic tests, PT (VT) no-load-loss tests, DC resistance tests, open-circuit voltage tests, etc.

Featuring coarse adjustments and fine adjustments of the system power supply, this testing system can also perform open-circuit and closed-circuit demagnetizations of current transformers. Each system is equipped with overcurrent and overvoltage protection measures.

The overall structure, including the tabletop and cabinet design, of the testing system can be made or modified according to customer requirements.
