Team Appreciation Gathering
Toward the end of 2025, Challenge Industrial Co., Ltd. (CIC) held a Team Appreciation Gathering and Fair at Taoyuan Plant II (Zhongli Plant), welcoming employees, their families, and invited guests. The event formed part of CIC’s annual activities.
On the day of the event, the plant premises hosted dozens of food trucks, along with group games, booth competitions, and prize drawings. Through the joint planning efforts of the Employee Welfare Committee and colleagues from the Zhongli Plant, the production-focused site was adapted into a setting that supported participation and interaction, distinct from daily operations.
To acknowledge the dedication and contributions of employees across different roles throughout the year, annual awards were presented during the event. These included the Best Team Award, Most Dependable Partner Award, Efficiency Star Award, Rising Star Award, and Outstanding Performance Award, recognizing individuals and teams from various units for their professional commitment and responsibilities.
In addition, games and booths highlighted cross-departmental collaboration in both preparation and execution. As the event drew to a close, the prize drawing marked the conclusion of the gathering.
CIC extends its appreciation to all employees, family members, and guests who took part. Event photos and award records will be preserved as part of CIC’s annual activity archive.
