Official Opening of the Employee Cafeteria at CIC Taoyuan Plant II
Challenge Industrial Co., Ltd. (CIC) continues to focus on improving the working environment and supporting employees’ everyday needs. An employee cafeteria has been established and officially launched at Taoyuan Plant II, serving as part of the plant’s overall facilities and providing employees with a stable lunch arrangement.
To help employees maintain energy and focus throughout the workday, the cafeteria offers a consistent lunch service. Meals include a complete combination of main dishes, side dishes, and soup, with menu offerings changing daily, allowing employees to enjoy a well-rounded lunch on a regular basis.
In addition, the cafeteria space is designed with practicality and cleanliness in mind, providing employees with a comfortable place to dine and take a short break during lunchtime.
This arrangement also forms part of CIC’s employee benefits, reflecting the company’s attention to employees’ day-to-day needs. Through concrete actions, CIC continues to strengthen its employee welfare initiatives, demonstrating its commitment to talent and the working environment.
The establishment of the employee cafeteria at Taoyuan Plant II also marks the company’s first implementation of a fully planned on-site employee dining facility at a manufacturing plant, highlighting CIC’s ongoing efforts to enhance the workplace and progressively put corporate care into practice.
