CIC Annual Customer Gathering – Kaohsiung Session Review
2025/12/19 Challenge Industrial Co., Ltd. (CIC)The third session of CIC’s Annual Customer Gathering Series was successfully held on December 4 in Kaohsiung City. Building on the interaction established during the previous sessions, the Kaohsiung gathering emphasized practical dialogue and experience-based discussion, further strengthening regional engagement in Southern Taiwan.
Throughout the event, CIC’s technical team and department heads held multiple face-to-face discussions with participating partners. Drawing from real project environments, these conversations focused on product considerations and technical priorities across different application scenarios, placing strong emphasis on practical understanding and feedback beyond standard product introductions.
Discussion topics covered applications involving Current Transformers (CTs), Voltage Transformers (VTs), Distribution Transformers, and Electronic Energy Meters. By combining structured explanations with open discussion, participants were able to gain a clearer understanding of product features and application directions from a practical perspective.
CIC’s President also attended the Kaohsiung session, expressing the company’s strong commitment to customer engagement initiatives. During the gathering, professionals from diverse fields shared first-hand market insights and field experience, providing valuable reference for CIC’s continued product development and service improvement.
The Kaohsiung session reflects the effective implementation of CIC’s regional customer engagement approach across Taiwan. Through gatherings held in Central, Northern, and Southern Taiwan, CIC has gradually accumulated practical insights from across the industry, integrating this feedback into future planning as a foundation for deeper cooperation and ongoing professional dialogue.

This voltage transformer is a single-phase, epoxy-resin-cast medium-voltage potential transformer designed to also function as an operation power source*, specifically paired with 24kV 4-Way Switchgear. It features a high-voltage elbow-type connector on the primary side and includes an internal high-voltage power fuse for protection. The exterior of the voltage transformer is coated with a conductive metal mixture for shielding, and waterproof treatment can be requested for the secondary side.
