Designed to protect the power system against leakage and earth faults, these zero-phase current transformers (ZCT) come in various window diameters. Epoxy-cast coil.
About the Product
These zero-phase molded current transformers protect the power system against leakage and earth faults. Each of these current transformers has an insulation level of 0.72 kV and requires a suitably insulated primary conductor. When the leakage current at the CT primary reaches a certain level, the CT secondary provides the necessary current signal or voltage signal – according to the type of protective relay in use – for the protection of the power system. EZ Series products are available in various window diameters.
